4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on bd91 is ৳500. This same limit applies to every payment method. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

Deposited amounts generally take a few minutes to reflect in the account. If there is any delay, contact the support team right away. bd91 does not charge any additional fee for deposits, however your payment provider may charge a separate fee.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. It is recommended to use the same payment method for withdrawal that was used for the deposit.

Account verification must be completed before withdrawing. A copy of a national identity card or passport and proof of ownership of the payment method may be requested. bd91 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions made in other currencies will be automatically converted to Taka and the prevailing exchange rate will apply.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bd91 offers new players a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳18,000, you will receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated based only on the bonus amount — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may only be used on games approved by bd91.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is completed.
• bd91 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if a player is found to be abusing it.
• A bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• bd91 reserves the right to change the terms of bonuses at any time.

bd91 is committed to ensuring a fair and safe gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Colluding or using multiple accounts to commit bonus or prize fraud.
• Exploiting any system or software vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Engaging in harassment or offensive behavior against other players.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.

If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed, all balances and bonuses will be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

bd91 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Detection of fraudulent activity on the account.
• The account remaining inactive for a specified period.
• Due to legal or regulatory requirements.

A player may also request account closure at any time. The opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be given before account closure, unless forfeiture is required due to fraud.

bd91 accepts no responsibility for the following:

• Gameplay being disrupted due to loss of internet connection or technical errors.
• Loss caused by the failure of third-party software or payment providers.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government directives, etc.) that prevent service delivery.
• Loss arising from the player's own negligence or error.

Despite efforts to provide the service as uninterruptedly as possible, bd91 may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or technical improvements. Advance notice will be given where possible.

bd91 reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be published on the website and registered users may be informed by email. Continued use of the platform after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
